Ms. Rani Garg is a Whole Time Director on Company’s Board for more than 30 years, being the backbone of “ZEON” she has been setting an example of gender parity in business. She has a diversified experience of 30 years in the fields of Human Resources and Business Development and has represented Company not only in private and public corporations but also at international forums.

Mr. Bhatia, is a Non-Executive Independent Director at “Zeon”. He is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with more than 20 years practicing experience in the field of Taxation, Finance, Audit, Project Finance etc. With his independent advisory on matters pertaining to Financial and Strategic Planning the Company has grown to zenith, with his inputs the Company foresees a bright future.

Mr. Shakher Garg, is the Director- Operations at “Zeon”. He takes care of all the operational activities at Manufacturing Units of the Company since past two decades. He not only had brilliant academic career but also has to his credit several achievements in terms of improving performance of the business, operations restructuring, cost reduction and containment, outsourcing, efficiency improvement and strategy to support in business development, during his entire tenure.

Mr. Vinod, is an Executive Director at “Zeon”. He is also heading the departments such as finance, commercial, legal & secretarial, new business projects and international business within the Company.  He is responsible for the overall management of the Company, with special focus on International Business, Commercial and Finance.
